Before we even commenced our renovations, Trent met with us onsite and provided invaluable advice based on his deep knowledge of the Sunbury market. He gave us clear direction on buyer preferences, layout considerations, and finishes that would maximise appeal and ultimately drive a stronger sale result. His input genuinely helped shape the success of the project. Once the renovations were complete, Trent brought the property to market and executed a strong campaign. The home sold quickly and achieved a price well above our expectations. Ive been selling and buying property for a long time now, dealing with respective agents good and bad, some just outright useless; however, after meeting an angel of all angels in realestate, Khala from Leading Realestate has knocked them all out of the park. Where do I even begin? Khala"s knowledge of the past and future growth in realestate is mind boggling to say the least.
